They are all kind, friendly and professional when they are giving you the sales pitch and taking your money, $28,000 worth for a small solar and small battery. BUT! Completely unresponsive, uncontactable, unprofessional when you have an issue. If you want any sort of after service for your product under warranty BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY!! Been trying to get issues fixed since 3 months after install! 9 months later, still waiting!!!

Installed my solar with panels overhanging my roof. Broke tiles and didnt replace them. Connected it up wrong as a member of their own team has confirmed this. Had the battery on a recall and they didnt even let me know . Trying to sort it out and all they do is stall . They refuse to come out and correct their mistakes. 8 months to disconnect the battery that has a urgent recall because it can burn my house down . In the original install they were to set up a app for me and it was not done now they want me to go to their office to set up the app . The energy company has stated that my meter doesnt support solar. OK SO YOUR REPLY IS LIES . How do you expect a 62 year old to climb up on the roof and take photos. You were invited to attend my house twice and you declined. As you are aware the lawyers are handling this and your workmanship is the worst I have ever encountered. It was YOUR workers that you sent who said it was wired up wrong. See you in court

We have had solar before and never had such great service, such incredible results or been so excited to get our first electricity account. 21 days in, and we've generated over $56.00 in credits, with only a 7.8c/kw feed-in with Ergon and in the middle of winter, Kristian was incredibly knowledgeable, kept us informed every step of the way and the installers in Bargara were friendly, clean, fast and so easy to deal with. Thank you Gem Energy. Thank you Kristian. We're telling all our friends
