Kid-friendliness: The wait staff in this instance certainly didnt have the experience to either advise at time of ordering the lengthy wait or acknowledge the slow service and offer even the smallest apology until the meal was placed in front of my upset and irritated 1 year old (another indication of lack of experience, who places a plate with hot food and sharp utensils within reach of a baby). There certainly was no kid friendliness to the establishment in this scenario.

Food hygiene is questionable Two meals came out with a hair on each of them & a live worm. Staff didnt say or do anything when we mentioned it, just took the plates away and that was it. Obviously hair poses a constant food contamination hazard and so needs to be tied back and out of the way. Perhaps workers should be provided with either a hat or hair net. Kid-friendliness: Invest in more highchairs

Totally enjoyed the new banoffee frappe from their new menu..iced cold, lovely flavours. Restaurant was neat and organised. Customers seemed very relaxed and just enjoying the instore music. Staff were very friendly, quite busy at times but always ensuring customers were attended to, whatever the need. Will definitely be back again. Lovely place to meet friends and just relax.
