Both Leigh and Wayne are very professional and accommodating. We asked to view a property and within 24hours we were scheduled in for a viewing. Unlike bigger real estates where applying is done online and no personal contact, the application process was easy and personalised. Can't fault Leigh and Wayne! :) :)

I was talking to Wayne about a property they had and he told me he was going to send some paperwork via email. The email never came and Wayne proceeded to ghost all my calls and emails. When I called the business directly, they answered and put me through to Wayne. Wayne answered and when I spoke, he pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up. When I called back the business had blocked my number. There are so many other Realtors in Hervey Bay, go to any one of them and I guarantee youll have a better time than here. Also, a lot of reviews here are from fake accounts. You can tell because they post a 4 or 5 star review and then never use the account again.
