If you're after a great service then this place is not for you, I've never left a review before today, after being referred by my doctor they said that a quarter zone injection was needed, so I booked an appointment and paid the fee on the day,after after 4 days nothing had changed but thought I'd give it a month after a month no change at all so I visited my doctor who referred me again and told me that there would be no charge as it was an ongoing problem so I made an appointment I was then told that there would be a fee for the procedure, why would there be a fee for something that never worked the first time of you buy something in a shop that doesn't work you take it back and get a refund!!! How many times do you have to pay before it works

Had an appt at 4.10. Sat there waiting till 4.45. tech comes and talks to the reception. Reception then calls me up and says they booked me in for the wrong scan so will have to reschedule.the scan was 100% not booked in wrong because the lady on the phone when I booked it was extremely rude about the initial booking. I now have to wait an extra 2 weeks for another 4.10 appt. They said the scan takes an hour thats why they couldnt do it today. But I can have another 4.10 time?? Why make me sit there sick for 40mins because you were running late / couldnt be bothered to tell me. Absolute joke.

TERRIBLE answering the phone, here or at any of their locations. Their staff say it is a Management issue. They must be making so much money they don't need to care.
