Not everything is explained on website, regarding pick up drop off, timing and charges, thankfully this was explained by attendant, also ask about top of the line cover, as they only mention thev2 types. Unfortunately staffing was an issue, ask lots questions before leaving yard. Otherwise equipment was in good order and performed well.

My daughter and I hired a van to do a quick turnaround pick up from Hervey Bay to Brisbane return on April 1st. Lee was amazing with the customer service, nothing was a problem for our requirements. The paperwork was a breeze and we in and out with the van in no time at all. The Hyundai van was spotless, We would certainly deal with Sixt again without hesitation! A great job and a credit to Lee.

DO NOT USE!! Absolute rubbish. Twice I have booked cars online for here only to arrive to pick them up, and NO CAR!! The Weasels just fob it off with the excuse, "they are third parties and out of our control". What BS, they are your agents and within your complete control. The staff were rude and unsympathetic. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!
