Central Queensland Radiology

Today i was booked to get an ultrasound done at 2 and called them to let them know Id be 5 minutes late as my partner couldnt take me and I needed to get an Uber. I arrived at 2:05 and the receptionist was so rude, i let her know I called to say I was 5 minutes late and the whole time she was being really rude to me. I filled in paper work and then she asked me to sit down, I waited 5 minutes until I could hear the receptionist and the ultrasound lady talking about me saying how I was 5 minutes late then the lady called me up and shook her head at me as i was walking to the ultrasound room. She asked why i was late and i said i had to get an Uber and that I called and let them know and she said well Im going to have to do this really quick then my ultrasound was an urgent ultrasound that I was very stressed about as the doctor the day before told me my baby was very small and this experience made me walk out in tears after every staff member was so rude to me. Sometimes people dont know what others are going through and need to be more kind. I just left and didnt say how i felt to anyone after being treated like that because i hate conflict and just left feeling so upset. Do better CQ radiology

Got a xray done because I woke up unable to walk from back pain. The report said nothing was wrong and my back was perfectly fine. 3 weeks later here I an in hospital with a tumour that's caused a pathological fracture on my completely destroyed l4 vertebrae. Reception girls are amazing and were absolute angels when my little girl broke her arm.

I had my ultrasound during this week and I was very excited to see my baby but unfortunately I couldnt see much as the lady who did my ultrasound was in a rush I guess because my appointment was at 9:00 am but it started at at 9:30 am. she didnt even mention the parts of my baby and it was very sad as it was the first time I experienced an ultrasound in that way. In another hand the reception team were very friendly and helpful Will be good if the way that the ultrasound is done a little bit different, as a pregnant woman our happiness is come to see a little bit of our baby.

waited 20min on the phone for a booking left a message waiting to get called back...... don't think any one answers there phones, update i rang again got nothing i ended up heading down in person no appointments with in a decent time frame, front desks response was "its hard to get though by phone...."
