Don't do it!! Robyn under valued a property for sale and tried to convince us to sell at that low price. Then finally because another agent was going to get the listing got significantly higher offer. Sellers, she will bring low offers and talk you down, not buyers up. Anything to make a sale. Also won't follow direction at all.
