Ive been seeing Ella for my ongoing knee pain and would highly recommend her! She really takes the time to listen and understand whats going on, and gives great support and advice each time. Ive had amazing relief from regular dry needling which has helped release tension and help me get back to the gym faster! Would definitely recommend her as an great osteopath

At all times Markas was extremely gentle and sensitive to my fears and pain levels; he always explained what he needed to do & why, plus he has the unique ability to go deep enough but not too much. I found his professional manner and skill level to be of highest caliber. My Story.. I recently fell down some stairs and twisted my ankle creating tendon damage up my leg, plus causing a fracture. The pain was intense and the challenge of moving around (without causing more damage or pain) was on going for months. I booked in for a number of Osteopath Sessions with Markas Jacobsen. My goal was to help re-align the damaged areas so healing could happen quickly and bring me back to full function. As a yoga practitioner my flexibility levels and body awareness is high - it was important to me to regain my full function. In some of the sessions with Markas I was experiencing emotional release; in others I would have significant shifts of energy and mild spasm as the realignment happened. I continue to have regular sessions with Markas as I am aware of the benefits throughout my whole body. I had a treatment from Ella and it was amazing! I came in feeling very fatigued and sore post sports carnival, with my back pain playing up. Ella really listened and cared and knew exactly what I needed! She gave me great advise for care at home and I haven't felt my back pain since! The clinic is beautiful and has such a calming atmosphere and I couldn't recommend it and Dr Ella more.
