Ben at Blackbox Finance was incredibly helpful and honest in his dealings. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a professional yet personable service. Having multiple properties, our financial situation was complex, however Ben showed a high level of industry knowledge and always provided excellent customer service. We came to Ben after a previous Broker had exhausted his abilities, yet Ben kept searching and went above our expectations to get us a home loan to suit our needs.

We had Ben helping us, and his services were excellent. He was professional, efficient and responsive. As first home buyers, we did not have much knowledge or experience dealing with mortgages or banks and Ben was able to explain everything, guiding us every step of the way. It can be a bit daunting going through a loan approval process however Ben gave us regular updates during the process which helped give us confidence and put us at ease. We will 100% be highly recommending Ben and Blackbox Finance..
