    I just had the best cheeseburger of my entire life here. I went in with a special request, basically changing an entire burger. (Which they were happy to do). But figured Id get the basic old cheeseburger as well, and I was shocked. The burger looked textbook. Like, textbook textbook. Picture bobs burgers meets Spongebobs crabby patty. Perfect, and that never happens. But then I tasted it and went to literal heaven. Its how every burger In the world should taste, meaty, soft and cooked perfectly, if every burger I had for the rest of my life tasted like that, Id die a happy man. My Buffalo burger was amazing as well, it was done exactly how I asked and I loved it. This could just be the best burger place in Qld

    I am a food deliverer and every time I have to pick up a delivery it takes at least fifteen minutes waiting for the delivery to come. I went in tonight and was told by the staff that I needed an insulated bag to pick up a delivery. I asked if my order would be done any quicker if I had an insulated bag, and was told it was now policy. I went to my car and collected my insulated bag and upon return I asked if my order was ready. The owner was rude and told me it was not ready. I advised him that the problem with time delays are not with the delivery drivers but with the kitchen being slow to get orders done. I was told by the owner the reason was because the head chef had been around somebody with covid, which I replied its every time I have to wait at least fifteen minutes for orders. The owner told me that if I didn't like it I could leave and not come back. What this person obviously doesn't understand is that like him, I am also running a business and by having to wait cuts into my earning time. He also needs to take a customer service course to learn how to treat customers, which until tonight I was one. On another occasion, I heard the chef tell the waitress that his priority is the dine in customers, so deliveries can wait. If this is the attitude of the staff, it must come from the owner. If I could give no stars I would, but to post my comments I have to give one. I have also worked in burger restaurants and this is by far the slowest restaurant I have been to. Anthony, if you look at your contract, it states that when a deliverer accepts an order they are to make their way to the restaurant immediately to collect the order. Therefore, your comments that I always turn up early EVERYTIME is incorrect. I have also spoken to other restaurant owners without mentioning your name or business regarding your comments and they laughed and said that the comments you made were incorrect. Also, my contract states that a merchant such as yourself can request that drivers bring an insulated bag but it should be placed in the delivery insructions which should be done as an agreement between yourself and DoorDash. As there was no mention of an insulated bag in the delivery instructions, I was within my rights to not have one. As a Law student doing his final subject, I have knowledge of contracts and I suggest you read yours.
