At first I found the team helpful and prompt to respond to my emails, then over time, communication slid, I had to follow up on issues, escalating to wrong advise given. This cost me time, money and energy to get my property bought back to pre rental status. I bought this to mangers attention, who offered a careless attitude and poor responses. Very disappointing. I did discuss every issue with your staff and the story changed between what we were told and the tenants were told- you have shown your lack of professionalism in your response. Very sad really

What a seamless experience!
