        For the area in front of my entertainment center, I wanted carpeting that was both luxurious and stylish. We chose National Floors Direct because of the honest and transparent customer service that they provided. Thank you all so much!

        Purchased 190m2 of 14/3mm Eternity Engineered Timber, however when it arrived the box had 14/2mm written on it! The company told me it was an error with the packaging printing, however when I measured it it was clearly 2mm! NFD argued that I wasnt measuring it correctly but I had other companies samples that measured 3mm just fine. NFD wouldnt offer any change of price and made me pay for the freight when I asked to return the material.
