Just finished the epoxy floors on 23/1/2023 and its only last for 3 months, the surface of epoxy already flaked off. Been tried to contact with the company regarding to the issue on phone and email but no one follows up and assist ! (7 years warranty is a lie as I asked the warranty and just been told I need to pay again). The main point is the floor only last for 3 months!!

Elite by name, certainly not by nature. Requested an epoxy floor to replace our flaking garage floor. This was meant to include concrete cutting to improve bond (as touted on their website). However their concrete cutting machine broke half way through the job and rather than repairing the machine they elected to put epoxy over flaking painted concrete. Unsurprisingly some weeks later a patch started to lift off. This was repaired. A couple of weeks later another patch lifted off. This time around it took 6 weeks to get a response. The second was patched despite our insistence that it should be redone. Now we have more patches flaking off and now getting either rude or obtuse responses so have had to raise this through small claims. Very unprofessional and certainly not willing to make good when there was clearly an issue with the application. Certainly would not recommend to anyone Service: Garage floor epoxy coating

They spraycrete my driveway and the finish product is terrible! You can still see the original concrete underneath and spraycrete is pealing off all over! The finish is not consistent these thick bits an thin bits everywhere! They left overspray all over my retaining wall and fence. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions, have left messages, sent emails and they have not come back to me with how they will rectify this bad job. They have blocked my number, blocked me from there facebook page so can no longer get a hold of them. I have wasted thousands of dollars! I wouldnt use these guys/company they are very un professional, and do a terrible job l! Save your money and fine another company to use!
