I cannot fault the staff at 1 Pring Street. I was a first time patient having a brain scan, and claustrophobic. I was particularly jumpy and nervous, thinking the worst. I needn't have worried. Staff at reception were warm, welcoming and helpful. The radiologist was also extremely good, allaying any fears i had. I found that deep breaths, eyes closed, headphones on with music helped me to relax ( and me a claustrophobe, too). Yes, it is a little confined in there, but not tight or uncomfortable, plus the tube is open at both ends. I fully recommend the staff and practice at I-Med 1 Pring Street, and say a huge thanks again.

I attended today for an MRI scan and was treated with the utmost respect. All staff I came into contact with were kind, professional, and kept me informed through all stages of the scan. Highly recommended!
