Worst appointment I have ever had with a doctor. In and out in 5 minutes. No care. Next appointment cancelled as Doctor can't come in today. I have been waiting over a week to get this appointment. No care. No concern. You are just a number.

Just speaking to the reception staff here is below satisfactory for customer service. They are extremely unhelpful and act like we shouldnt be calling as they are always too busy or books are closed. Like its a personal problem against them. Honestly, If you hate your job that bad - or its too stressful, quit. Horrendous, please have phone etiquette training.

The receptionists are some of the worst staff I have ever interacted with. It's like a skit show parody where the joke is that they are rude and unhelpful. So sorry for asking you to help me, a customer, with the most basic task in your role description.

It's difficult to communicate with any of the staff at Nundah Medical, particularly the rude and unhelpful reception staff. I spoke to a Linda who was incredibly disrespectful and didn't seem to know how to assist in any way.
