        Terrible communication. Tried for days to open business account with them. Promised phone calls from 'Account Managers' that didn't materialise. I emailed them several times and phoned numerous times also. Ended up speaking to a disinterested staff member who made no apologies for their poor service. Gave up at that point. Guess I'll stick to my current suppliers, one of which is excellent. At least they are happy to supply excellent service. Pity they don't import the tyres I wish to try in my Motorcycle Riding School
