Lisa is amazing at what she does! Her energy and enthusiasm not to mention her organisational skills just make dealing with her an absolute pleasure! Her styling and items available for hire are just impeccable! Cant rate her highly enough x

It all started out very professional. As this is what I communicated I wanted in a service. And this is what we appeared to engaged in this event service. However, when it came to the day. We were met with something completely different. Unfortunately, Lisa had some personal issues arise, which I was completely understanding of, as Children are obviously more important then decorating a wedding. I assisted as best I could to make Lisa feel ok. We were advised on her site visit that I was to leave all decorations out and this would be taken care of (we did have a venue change but the tables remained the same) however on the day I was greeted with an unexpected change. Lisa appeared to be in a hurry to get out of the venue we had hired, and get to her Son. Which I understood as I would have wanted the same. So I got in and helped move chairs etc around. Lisa during this time was caught up on the phone for over an hour (her unwell son) to which I understand and continued to help as best I could. I was then greeted with I have another event and need to be up the coast at 2:30pm, so she had to leave. Lisa was snapping at me and I once again I understood her situation however I was getting her water and trying to support her the best I could but felt this didnt fall both ways. Lisa left to go to her other event and I had a hall that wasnt even close to being set up, nor had I accounted time wise to set up the tables. My very sick girlfriend, mother in law, and I took the time to set up the tables which took us a few hours to do. But this led to a dominos affect for me. And unfortunately made our wedding day very stressful. I did contact Lisa to discuss this with her, but she said because of a venue change we didnt get the tables set up (this was never communicated) There wasnt anything different about the venue, in fact she had to do less this time, as I had employed another service to set up outside on the wedding day, and we pulled down all the tables and stacked them, along with the chairs. Lisa reimbursed us $50 and blamed us due to the venue change. I feel really sad that we looked for a service that was professional, and this is what she promised us and this is what we were met with. I didnt want to post a review like this, but I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Im sure she is very good when she isnt preoccupied. My concern is where is your Plan B for when things fail like this? I hope you can improve your service Lisa.
