Do not recommend this business. After enquiring about replacing some broken roof tiles over the phone my husband was, quite rudely, told they didn't have any instock and they can't be bothered ordering them from Sydney. A week later both my husband and I visited the store in person. The staff member was very helpful and and told us they already had an order of 700 of these tiles coming up from Sydney, due to a few delays should be there in another week. We left our contact details as we were told they would be in contact when the order arrived Fast forward another 2 weeks, not heard anything, so my husband called again. The staff member was extremely rude, said they never ordered these tiles or promised any delivery was coming. We have now wasted 3-4 weeks and delayed our other tradesmen, due to now apparent untruths told by this company

Great service. Got replacement for few broken tiles on a really old house. But they source all sorts of brand new roof stuff especially for tiled roofs . Take note of trade hours as they are more tailored towards tradesmen. They had EFTOPS and parking Helps if you take photo of tile you want. Dimensions. Even brand from the back
