Thanks Emmon, great service all the way from discussing which top would be right, to the lovely Mark who measured up the job, and the meticulous job the friendly skilled installers completed. The quote provided and the timelines were very accurate. they understood exactly what we want and customized everything as per our requirements. Emmon ,Karen and Mark was wonderful to deal with all of you , we are very happy with the finished work and the service and quality of their benchtops , our new benchtop looks great!!

My wife and I decided to upgrade our laundry and needed to select the bench top material. We decided that a "stone" top would compliment our laundry and decided to speak with 3 suppliers about the type of product and the various qualities and price points for the product and installation. We had done some preliminary research and visited BGM first. At this time we selected a couple of different styles and Phil showed us a similar product from different suppliers and explained the differences. After we chose the product, Phil was able to give us a "ball park" estimate on the spot, based on our basic measurements. He also confirmed the "slab" supplier and suggested we visit the suppliers warehouse to get a better look at the one that we had chosen as well as other available styles. By comparison, each of the others retail suppliers that we visited wouldn't even give us an estimate based on our measurements, but asked us to provide a detailed drawing albeit we knew the product that we were after. Ultimately, we did provide a drawing to each (including BGM, who again responded while we were there) and after a week of followup with the others, we finally received the other quotes that were both above and below the BGM quote. We decided to proceed with BGM and are thankful to them for a very timely and quality job. The installers were FANTASTIC with their advice during the "official" measure and equally once the product was ready for the install a few days later. Ours was just a small job but we do have 3 bathrooms and a BBQ area requiring renovation and lots of friends that we will be referring to BGM in the future. Thank you to Phil and the team for a job well done!

I am so impressed with everyone at Brisbane granite and marble. Firstly their efficiency in completing all of our benchtops with a faster turnaround than normal. Then the quality of the benchtops. And finally, the professionalism of the staff installing the stone. They were such hard workers, and had the utmost respect for our home. Thank you to all the staff involved from start to finish for the install of our bathroom, laundry and kitchen benches.
