We had traffic control booked in nearly a month before start time for a two week program and was told multiple times the afternoon before that they could not provide traffic control for the following day. When asked why, the response was we have priority clients we must look after first, despite having booked in with email confirmation. When the first two days were cancelled, we were understanding and lenient. However, the continued cancellation has caused significant costing and timing setbacks on program operations.

Considering your staffs inability to follow basic traffic rules Id seriously question there ability to successfully control traffic.
