        Hi just opened up 2 new accounts at this branch n got my internet banking working again the two tellers were awesome I was a customer service manager for a major company n I demand high customer service from companies which I got from this branch well done u should all be proud of urselves

        Paul Bennett and his team were exceptional in their service and assistance. Refinancing with BOQ was no stress at all, with Paul assisting every step of the way and spending as much time with us as we needed in explaining all the options available and which would work ideally for us. Having not had the greatest experiences with an online lending institution it was a massive relief to now have names and people that we knew and would recognize us when visiting the branch. I couldn't recommend BOQ Jimboomba highly enough and look forward to the years ahead with our banking and finances in the great care of Paul and his team.
