Useless booked an x-ray appointment. When I arrived reception told me that the machine was broken. They didn't bother to call. Just waiting to people to show up.

Is this place for real? Went there a couple of years ago and they were good. Now you can't even get an appointment. They don't answer the phone and when you try to book online you get an email response saying someone will call you back in1 to 3 days. Then you're supposed to upload your referral! Really? Went elsewhere just rang and made the appointment

I booked an appointment over the phone and was told my appointment was at 1000. The person on the phone instructed me to be at the facility at 0945 to fill out paperwork. When I arrived at 0945, they told me I missed my appointment. When I enquired, they said I needed to be there 20 minutes early (which is earlier than the person on the phone stated). She then said that my appointment was actually at 0950, and I should have received a text. Upon digging further, they had entered my phone number incorrectly when I called for the appointment, that is why I never received a text for the change. Needless to say, I will not try and book here again. I realize mistakes happen, and had they made any effort at all to make things work, I would have had a different review. However, they made no effort to correct their mistake, and basically shrugged their shoulders and said "there is nothing we can do now."
