Had Repairs and tests done by one of their lovely fellas. Found the problem within half an hour and fixed it up for me. He was very funny and professional, he explained everything just right for me to understand. Gorgeous admin services who were very accommodating and friendly, was able to get someone out the next day for me (rang on a public holiday). Thanks guys! We used PB caboolturebecause we could not find another plumber and had been waiting for weeks to get water and sewage connected. After $10 000 in progress payments and months later we were left with a stack that fell apart when another plumber went to connect, storm water not connected to the downpipes or the street. We had the sewage come apart twice with raw sewage spilling onto a newly laid concrete slab under the house. The second time, Neil didn't respond to any messages. This company promised to get us out of trouble and knew we needed to live in the house as our rental was sold. We have now been inspected by council and have to pay to redo all the work PB did as it is not up to code. Neil does not answer emails or calls. Do not use this company.
