I am so happy that this Doctors practice turned me away when I was in need of care.After sending me a application form to register for Dr Bowler which was processed and confirmed by text messages twice of my appointment time. I tried to check in and was refused to see Dr Craig Bowker as he doesn't see new patients. I find myself so happy as I have found a very caring GP who has taken my mother and me in as new patients and has done blood tests that shows we both were in need of treatment and medication. If you are in doubt of your treatment please seek a second opinion and you might be pleasantly surprised as we have been

Rarely waiting more than 10 minutes Have been going here for 10 years The reception staff and doctors have copped a beating over the last couple of years and still turn up. And I have heard some shocking abuse when phoning in. The reviews people are giving are lunacy. There have been rules around masks and conditions about covid symptoms applied across the board and you are not an exeption to these rules. Also - if you rock up for the first time ever, with no history, and make demands for pain killers you wont get them. Not getting what you want does not equal a poor doctor. Might just mean you want something you cant have! I have had frank and honest chats with Dr Gibling about my health and he has always given me the attention needed to resolve issues. Even when those issues turn out to be something small and easily resolved. Just remember - Doctors and staff are people too. They have some horrible days from giving bad news, to being verbally abused, to just not feeling the best or having their own issues to deal with. Try to be decent. Keep up the great work team :)
