        Was told by doctor I was going to be out on a certain medication. Put me through tests just make sure it would not affect anything else. When test results came back, doctor called and gave results over the phone. Refused to give needed medication and said he will not treat me. Told me is was a psychological problem. Vishnu are you a registered psychologist or medical practitioner?

        Initial consult cost $380 after sitting in the waiting room for an hour after my appointed time with no updates from reception staff to advise of delays. 5 min phone follow up to give me test results and I was billed $100 for that. A second 4min 8 sec telehealth consult for a 6month follow-up was billed at $200. So in total i've been billed $680 for a 30 min consult and 2x 5 min phone calls with the specialist with minimal change to the treatment my GP had me on. The specialist and staff were nice, but that doesn't take the sting away from the amount billed. I dont have a problem paying for specialist advice but being billed $100 and then $200 for 5 min phone calls is absolutely disgusting and left me feeling robbed. I will not be making future appointments.

        Dr Sannarangappa is very good. His follow up was appreciated and his advice well delivered. The administrative staff, and their dealing with matters was not what I would consider best practice.
