        Easy booking. Efficient and friendly reception staff who made everything very easy and stress free. Fantastic doctor with great clinical decision making skills and good communication. I was aware they get very little time for each patient so i was trying to hurry, but Dr Gad was friendly and communicative and I was really impressed.

        I had a phone consultation with one of the GPs. I was told the time allocated to a phone consultation was about 10 min. After close to a minute of talking I thanked the doctor for her time and asked whether the results we were discussing could be emailed to me. The doctor said she had no time and that she would have to talk to reception for the results to be emailed. I never received my results and I later realised that the duration of the phone consultation was less than 2 minutes in total.
