The office staff were very professional - a pity the medical staff couldn't follow suit. Whilst sitting in the waiting room I could the medical staff having fun with my name..... shame on you.

I went to the doctor, needed x ray, CT scan etc. Fitted me in the same day saving me a four hour round trip. Highly recommend this practice. Staff were all kind and caring and very professional.

One of the receptionists shared my appointment & scan details with a third party that knew me without my permission. When I notified them of the privacy breach and asked them to tell the manager asking for a call back, I wasn't contacted by anyone. They didn't even tell the manager. The manager wasn't in that day according to them. Totally normal... then after this my appointment time was magically changed without my knowledge after I had already confirmed the appointment. So I rang up and spoke to the manager and she was in that day. First she told me I must have forgotten the time. She assumed I was wrong, before even checking herself. So I did the due diligience of checking for myself, and the confirmation message they had sent me had the original time I had booked. So the time had somehow changed on their end. She then pivoted and told me it must have been a 'computer glitch'. So according to their own manager, Noosa Radiology's computers are so frail and glitchy that your data might just randomly change due to computer glitches. How do you ensure data integrity of your scans if that's the case? This in conjunction with her staff failing to notify her about the privacy breach paints a disturbing picture of the culture here. They must not value your privacy. The manager called me a conspiracist because I suggested the fact her staff hadn't disclosed my privacy breach complaint and then my appointment was moved without notification was suspicious. But sure, mistakes happen and that is forgivable- but the intentional privacy breach that occured is not, especially when the company's response was so bad that if anything it creates a culture where hiding privacy breaches is normalised. Noosa Radiology's reaction to my privacy breach clearly shows a culture of indifference to privacy in the management and company culture here. I gave the manager my name and contact details so if they suddenly become interested in resolving this complaint and fulfilling their obligation of investigating privacy breaches and ensuring they don't happen, they can reach out to me as they probably should have from the very first complaint and take it seriously.

We have always found these guys to be most pleasant and time conscious. Last week I had ankle xrays and was in and out within 15 mins. Fantastic.
