Dr Peter Hardman Orthodontist

Three of my family members has orthodontic treatments in this practice. Two sets of traditional wire braces and one set of Invisalign. I would recommend you to go anywhere else! The practice is so busy we often had to wait up to three months to get an adjustment appointment. The time frame from start to finish was approx. 3 years for the two sets wire braces and 5 years for the invisaline. They care more about the $$$$$$ than giving customer satisfaction. The practice manager Andrea, is one of the rudest people I've met. She abused me multiple times because I wanted to achieve the best possible results for the $20 000 we spent there. I was abused by Andrea when the retainers they supplied broke after just 4 months and I requested a replacement set. I would not recommend this place to any body.

I approached Dr Hardman as a 52 year old needing braces some 8 years ago now. I had such a crooked upper bite and I never smiled in photos. He was compassionate and explained the procedure to me. I had treatment for 2 years. Loved the result. Staff were so friendly but professional. I would highly recommend Dr Hardman.

Regret of choosing here. Although the reception was nice and helpful. The techniques Peter used was outdated and didnt suit my case where TADs should apply. The 1/3 treatment I received causes my jaw moved clockwise more and takes effort to fix later. By the way they charged me half of the treatment price where when it is not even close to half way. Besides the temper of Peter was big and has an arrogant attitude and was not patient to patient AT all.

The nurses are super nice and friendly, having a straight teeth boosted my confidence level, now Im not afraid of smiling with teeth out at the camera, thanks alot to the team
