Wayne, from Yukti, came to our workplace to deliver a mindfulness workshop and it was fantastic! He spoke of the principles of Ayurveda, the importance of our bodies being in balance for wellbeing and he also shared some breathing techniques which was great. Thanks Wayne! We all went away with an appreciation for Ayurveda and some insights as to how we can bring more bliss into our senses, mind and soul. I am so happy to share my positive experience with all things Yukti and in particular Yuktis Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse This cleanse is so doable & so well rounded - I didnt feel hungry for a second. Within days I started to feel & see the benefits, which was really encouraging. I travel a lot for work & was able to incorporate this cleanse during a trip to FNQ ... easy as !! Enjoy... your body will love you for it

My time with Yukti Botanicals has honestly been the most supportive experience I could have asked for. When I went to see Wayne I was caught in a angry cycle, my body was out of whack as well as my emotions. I knew that I was out of balance, but I was at a loss as to what I could do about it. I was very unhappy, I now realise. Wayne I feel, really listens to you and takes into consideration everything you tell him. He is thorough and learns as much about your health and habits as he can, and then gives you a plan which will enable you to reach your health and life goals. This plan is what then leads to things levelling out and ultimately improving immensely. Its not a miracle cure. The tools he gives you are new habits and the understanding of how they will help you to lead the best life you can, with a clear head and a healthy body. The herbs and medicines I had to take didnt taste terrible like I assumed, and I have felt a massive difference. I have learnt so much from my consultations and it wasnt a long, drawn out ridiculously expensive, stressful ordeal. I am so grateful and relieved that I have someone proficient to turn to, if and when I need guidance with my health. Thank you so much Wayne, Jasmyn and the team x

I love the whole experience at Yukti. Wayne is an excellent teacher, and through his many courses, passionately shares a wealth of knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and lifestyle. He gives you a solid, grounded framework to work with these principles, so they're not just a concept. I did the full course on "Art of Living Ayurveda" which was incredibly comprehensive, practical and enjoyable. This gave me a really clear path to follow for applying Ayurveda in everyday life: for myself and my family. I also see Wayne for Ayurvedic consultations, and use Yukti's herbal range regularly. Under Wayne's guidance, I've turned around some health issues that could've been significant. I'm very grateful for the support and care I received at Yukti. Highly recommend!
