I have known Sean for almost 10 years and can say he is a real estate professional with outstanding experience and delivers excellent service from the commencement of the selling process through to completion and property management. Highly professional , very reliable & installs a great deal of trust in all respects . Meeting Sean was a pleasure , Sean did an excellent job from start to finish in assisting with my purchase in Elysium Estate Noosa Springs, he is a very professional consultant in all respects without question , either a seller or a purchaser would have a great deal of confidence that he would represent their best interests to the highest standard . I am not a local ( i.e NZ ) purchaser but very well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry so reliability and trust are a very important aspect to me as was the conveyance of accurate reliable information. Sean's attention to detail, accuracy & completing everything he said he would do in a timely fashion was faultless right down to his personal presentation throughout my purchase even including after settlement advice in helping me establish local contacts, tradies and services. Sean made the process seamless including his local knowledge which was also excellent. When initially seeking legal advice I also received a glowing recommendation from the local long established & highly regarded legal firm in Noosa Heads I utilised which was also of the highest standard in all respects which gave me a great deal of confidence to progress the purchase with Sean from the outset. I mention this as it is very unusual for a legal firm to compliment any agent let alone compliment Sean as highly as they did and of which they did with no other agenda other than absolute admiration for Sean's professionalism , so to me this is all but the highest praise an agent could get which Sean well deserves. If I was selling , purchasing or requiring up to date advice on a future investment wether a local or absentee owner or buyer Sean would be an agent I would have no hesitation in recommending or utilising his expertise and convey a sincere thank you .
