Bern Pilates and Physio Noosa Springs

I finally made it back to Bern pilates this week after travelling for a while. It actually felt like coming home. i did two mat classes and both Bernie and Emma were wonderful constantly checking my form to make sure i got the most out of the session. The other class participants were so friendly with an invite to coffee after the class. i thoroughly recommend Bern Pilates and Physio for anyone looking for a new studio. xxx Jo

Amazing professionals here, both for Physiotherapy and Pilates Classes. Bernie and Emma are fun, welcoming and very professional physiotherapists. They helped me overcome psoriatic arthritis pain and various other issues over the years. I've been doing Pilates twice a week for over two years and LOVE it. It's a friendly non-judgemental family vibe at the studio too. I'd give them 6 Stars if I could!

I tried most mat/floor Pilates studios in the Noosa area and Bern Pilates is the best! Berni is knowledgeable, inspiring and supportive. No two classes are the same - good whole body workouts. Fun too!

I didnt know I actually loved Pilates and how it can affect every part of my well-being until I visited here by chance Have tried others but this studio and Berni put a fire in me for more! The day I discovered Berni at Bern Pilates Studio my life changed. Berni has helped my body become the best it can be. After Bernis classes I feel energised and always stand a little taller. My posture has improved and I have discovered a strength in my body I never knew I had. Berni is a complete professional and her Physiotherapist approach ensures a precise technique for every exercise. She will also challenge you in the full knowledge of what your body is capable of. Bern Pilates and Physiotherapy Studio is a peaceful haven. I cant praise Bern Pilates highly enough.
