I used Jones Financial Group to provide better options/rates for my home loans. Had been with a big bank for far too long and needed to understand the loan market better. This is where Craig came in, he has amazing experience in the industry, gets to understand you and your needs and searches the market on your behalf for far more competitive rates. I simply did not have the time to do the research Craig does for you. Ultimately, he helped find a far better rate reducing my interest payments significantly each month. We even had some glitches along the way but Craig dealt with all those his end ensuring it was a very easy and smooth process. Furthermore 18 months later I had an issue with the bank which was nothing to do with Craig or his services, however knowing Craig had many contacts, a quick email to Craig who subsequently raised the issue with the bank hierarchy on my behalf, a potentially very significant issue was solved in a matter of a day or 2 for me - he definitely went above and beyond. It's a husband-and-wife team - Craig and Laura are very down to Earth and very professional and just in general lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Excellent Service - Highly Recimmended. Craig has been very professional, responsive and informative in our journey as first home buyers. He helped us to find the best suited loan package covering up all of our requirements and expectations. One of the best traits that we noticed is that he make things happen promptly. Also, he knew exactly what he was doing & provided an excellent tailor-made customer service. Highly recommended mortgage agent for any first home buyer. If someone ask us to rate his service from a scale of 1 to 10, we would go for 20. :)

Craig and the team at Jones Financial have recently helped us secure our dream lot in the Gold Coast. The effort shown on this complex transaction was second to none, given the extremely short time frames and hot market in QLD. We were constantly kept on the loop, next had to follow up and even found emails coming through late at night! My partner and I have used Craig in the past for our first home, and he has been there every step of the way since, pathing the path for our successful last transaction. I honestly dont know what we would have done without the guidance from him and the tenacity shown to get us the best deal both times! After a very stressful (and nearly deal-breaking) experience with another broker, Craig was able to step in and save the day in record time. Craig's professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the industry (especially how to make a complicated application work!) and down-to-earth manner was an absolute breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Craig for anyone looking to buy or build, especially if you or your partner are self-employed and otherwise fit outside the regular application criteria. You'll 100% know where you stand, without any of the usual mucking around that other brokers seem to do. 5 stars aren't enough!
