Lou Lou Australia | LUXE Noosa

Disappointed with my Lou Lou experience. I purchased from the online store which was shipped from Noosa. Unfortunately had to return my order as it didnt suit me. I received only a partial refund and the remainder as a gift card. Little did I know that you can't use the gift card at the Noosa store, where my order whas placed and returned to. I was at the Noosa store today and was told I couldn't use my gift card because the online store and physical store in Noosa at separate businesses -as if I'd know the difference. I've tried since August to use my voucher but have been unable to find anything I like. Very deceptive Lou Lou.

I have bought a few items from Lou Lou Australia, the bamboo clothing is just Devine to wear! Its a fabulous weight which makes it sit on your body really well. It doesnt cling, is cool in hot weather and warm in winter. And its stylish as well! Well worth the money. Thank you Lou Lou x
