Terrible service. Terrible communication. They do not know what they are doing. Terrible pricing. Poorly made jobs and super late. On top of that they seem to not care at all. At all. Came here and found lots of people with same situation. Not surprised. Dont risk it. Find somewhere else.

Very unhappy with the lack of care in repairing my skirt, I wanted to support a small business instead of getting a friend to fix for free, wont be back again after this disappointing experience.

Dropped off 5 items, said it would take a week, they kept loosing the items and saying they would call back in a few minutes. Never did, had to chase many times. Then one pair of pants were ruined as they visibly stitched an ugly seam down the front. Two items were GIs that broke again after one use. They then wanted to charge another full price rate to repair even though they were poorly fixed the first place. Not to mention extremely rude and zero accountability. Beyond poor service all around, Id heard bad stories and this confirms it. Services: Uniform tailoring, Women's clothing alterations, Pants alterations

Horrible service. Spoke to Mike regarding the possibility of fixing a bed zipper. Asked me to message him through a photo which I did and had no response. Sent a follow up msg days later, again with no reply. After having read some reviews on here I'm not surprised. Would not use nor recommend

I needed my tuxedo pants made longer for a wedding urgently. Dropped them in on Monday afternoon to pick up Wednesday afternoon, which I paid a fee for and they agreed. I followed up at lunch time on Wednesday to ask when I could pick them up, they said theyd text later that day. I called at 6pm on Wednesday as I still hadnt heard from them and they hadnt even started working on them. Picked them up first thing Thursday morning and its clear its been rushed and Im extremely disappointed. The hem wasnt visible on the outside before, now it is, and its not even straight. They knew I was in the bridal party and it seems like there was no care taken. Services: Men's clothing alterations, Pants hemming, Pants alterations
