        Hertz Maroochydore were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Our plane was delayed so they made the car available from the airport instead of in town. Thanks so much to Natasha, Sophie and the team, so friendly and extremely professional. I wont hesitate to come back to you in the future. A completely stress free rental experience!!

        Its been more than 10 days since I returned the carhire which was fully cleaned in and out by myself and I have not received my bond money back. Should not take that long aye. Keep on calling Hertz Noosa and same answer, call the 1800 to speak with the MACHINE, keep on calling and being advised to send an email to customer care by the MACHINE. Sent an email and got ref number and thats it. So ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING. They get your money quick but refund takes forever! Whats happening HERTZ?! Your customer service is BELOW AVERAGE seriously?!
