In general very happy with the help UBA provided with my purchase. Nicole had great engagement, and Emma has made a good job with inspecting the selected property and negotiating the offer process. UBA removed the uncertainties we had from knowing if the property was a good buy, considering we live interstate. The only thing I was hoping was to get a larger pool of properties matching our criteria (we got suggested only 1 non-listed property) - but that could have been due to our requirements (Emma did suggest some changes in the criteria to increase the number of sourced properties). Although the fee ended up being a bit high (it ended up being around 3.8% of the property price), I would definitely recommend UBA if you are not a very experienced buyer as the cost offsets all the uncertainties and stress.

Nicole, Emma and Darren at Universal did an amazing job guiding us through the buying process and helped us avoid costly mistakes with undesirable buildings, supported us navigating auctions and negotiated us a great deal on our new house. We felt totally comfortable trusting their advice and couldn't be happier with the result. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon but when we do we'll be calling Universal.
