Equine Inspired Therapies

I had an amazing experience with Vicki at Equine Inspired Therapies. I have had trust and control issues in my past relationships and by working with Vicki and a beautiful horse, Clyde in the arena I was able to let go of my past and feel nurtured, peaceful and supported again. Thankyou Vicki for helping me open up my heart again to feel connection and love.

Equine Inspired Therapies was the best introduction to EAP! Vicki created a safe and supportive environment by explaining each step we took towards uncovering my emotions. She used a combination of nature and my five senses to help me find peace and calmness before digging deep. Following that, Vicki explained how horses behave and how to work with them safely. Digging deeper into my emotions with help from the horses was a beautiful experience as I got to understand my true feelings and energy I was giving out from my interaction with the horses. Vicki was patient with me through out. I definitely left the session feeling lighter and thinking clearer, and bonus I got to enjoy hanging out with friendly horses! I look forward to my next session and I definitely recommend!
