Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. I chose Phil to do the job at my property as he seemed a nice man and above board. I was told that the whole scope of works would take two days and cost $2K, I checked with Phil three times to make sure that this was clear between us. The work was not even near completed at the 2nd day and Phil asked for another 1K. I refused on principal, as it was not what was originally quoted, nor in the end was Phil being congruent with me. The communication is being told one thing, and doing another and changing his story to suit, rather then being transparent. The job was left with me to fix everything.
