Absolutely the most rudest place I have ever been to.. unbelievable experience in the worst possible way. If they are intentionally trying to keep patients away they are going about it the right way. More invested in selling botox that general health consultations WOW

Started out as promising. Dr Gupta seemed nice enough. I was told to return for a sensitive referral which I did. There was no communication that she was not going to be there and Dr Bagdoti would see me nor was there a call to ask if I wanted to rebook which I would have. I get the referral and then he starts counselling me about my weight and lecturing me about what I should be doing, it had nothing to do with my reason for being there and Im sorry but if the history was read it would have shown that it was uncalled for and inappropriate. Its poor and lazy medicine, I wont be back.

Extremely flippant with my private/personal information,( I cannot speak for other patients) I attended for a mental health plan and got recommendations for botox from Dr Mala Gupta. Nurse/receptionist extremely rude and unpleasant when I expressed i was upset about an issue surrounding my privacy having been compromised. The nurse with no i.d. at reception got upset , loud and obnoxious pulling faces at me , (like a child! So next level rudeness I'm speechless, she was embarrassing me in front of people waiting , all because i thought she was a receptionist and refused to tell her issues i need to discuss with gp. Clearly the staff here are unwilling to reconcile their errors, Dr Bugoti the male doctor showed zero empathy, no care at all or extend an appropriate appology, not going back to be belittled.sorry, I've been bullied enough 8n my life and it felt very similar. I've had better service at the local rsl/ pub !would give 0 stars if I could..

Not much care for patients. I had an appointment with Dr Sameer Badgoti - he was the worst GP I have ever seen. He did not listen to me nor have any concerns for my health. As per a previous review I was also spoken down to, I felt like he was attacking me and I also left in tears. I have never had this experience from a GP before. If you want proper care, keep searching for a different practice. I have worked in medical for years and this kind of patient care is not acceptable. Dr Gupta is okay but the male GP Dr Badgoti is terrible.
