I have had a seapen now for two years and just recently had it serviced. If youre in Western Australia then Gordon was brilliant, did the job with no fuss, suggested and implemented a few changes and he does not mind getting wet. Could not be happier.

Sometimes it all just happens!. My SeaPen was installed 2 months ago. Leighton, the service technician was brilliant in explaining and relieving my anxiety as a novice at keeping my boat in the water. I was so impressed, but then, something went wrong with the electronic controller for the SeaPen. My fault I expect. Anyway, one call to Michael (the boss) and Leighton was all it took to have the issue completely sorted within 2 working days. I normally dont write reviews but was driven to write this as Ive had pretty ordinary customer support in recent experiences with cars, a house and my beloved boat. Well done guys.
