The most unethical, dodgy group of rabble I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Close to zero communication after paying the upfront fee, followed by the threat of a debt collector for an additional service that was never provided, after having not heard from them for 7 months. Stay as far away from these people as you can.

Do not use this company!!! Paul McHenry never returns calls and never supplies information required. For the second time I have trying to get on to him for weeks and will not return my calls. I am waiting for a copy of my form 16 for frame for weeks on end, so long that he has lost me the sale on my house! I am so angry and upset. I will be reporting him to the ombudsman, QBCC and handing it to my solicitor if he doesn't get back to me by Monday. In response to your reply. There is no one living in the house and the power is not connected, there is only a temporary power pole for the builders. At one time there was some furniture stored in there but it has long since been removed. This review was for the fact that you would not respond to calls and texts and would not supply copies of forms in a timely manner as required by QBCC. Because of this the purchase was delayed to such an extent that the agreement with you was nearly at an end. Unless you extend the agreement the purchasers cannot get finance and cannot continue with the sale. Since this seems to be the only way to get in contact with you, I will ask you again to contact the purchasers and extend the agreement so the house can be finished.

I am totally disgusted in this Company - despite numerous attempts to get Paul McHenry to return my calls - NOTHING !!! Beginning of October - now beginning of December - still nothing ! NO Customer Service AT ALL - I will go somewhere else
