Everyone I dealt with at Cricks was helpful and friendly but especially Glenn Carter. He went out of his way to make everything go through smoothly. I love my new Mitsubishi ASX! It is terrific!

My car was booked in for new tyres and whilst they did a decent job installing and balancing etc, the time it took was much longer than they said it would. I dropped my car in around 8am and they told me it would be done by 12, it wasnt done until 1:30 and they didnt even have enough time to change the spare or do the complimentary car wash they offer. The staff were friendly and helpful but their communication was poor and made estimates on times they probably knew they couldnt keep.

Glen made the whole process so easy - easiest sale I've ever experienced and most enjoyable. Glen even drove the contract to my house as we didn't have a printer and showed me the car a second time. Can't recommend him high enough!
