        When my daughter arrived on the Coast from overseas for a 2-month holiday she was keen to be able to continue her jiu jitsu training while here. I contacted Mike, who was very helpful and welcoming, and my daughter started training straight away. Mike is a great instructor and there is a very supportive atmosphere throughout the classes - much better than the dojo she goes to back home, my daughter says. Classes are available for all levels, beginners to advanced. My daughter is keen to come back next time she visits Australia!

        Our children love going to Garra Jiu Jitsu in Nambour every week. They have a great facility and everyone is very friendly and supportive. The coach Mike is brilliant with the kids. He spends alot of time to ensure they understand what the drill is whilst creating a fun learning environment. Highly recommend signing up for a trial to check it out!
