Nambour Selangor Private Hospital

I had a simple day procedure on the 6th March 2023. Firstly I want to comment on the noise the staff made on both the ward and the operating theatres.....it was a happy, laughing, jovial 'noise' that also involved the patients in a respectful way making them feel relaxed. It the staff were busy and stressed (and I'm sure they were) they NEVER showed this and I salute them all. Thank you one and all.

Once again I applaud the staff encounterd today. They were very informative, efficient, caring and attention to detail was well represented. Please extend my appreciation to all concerned notably Stella, Michelle, Karen and the doctors Mel and Vernon. To all the others a heartfelt thankyou.

Just loved being stuffed around. This place tells u one thing then changes it the next day. Heads up if u lie to people u will be called out. This is what i did i spoke clamly and was not rude .yet there receptipnest clam i was rude. Pack of liers!

Hi Iam Kerry and I just had my Kidney Stones zap at The Hospital and I could not be any Happier. The Doctors were wonderful and I could not tell you how wonderful the nurses were and a young wards man. Sure they may have been a bit behind and I think people want to understand what pressure these young staff are under. To all the staff that treated me many thanks and you have gave me my life back, Job Well done. I will give you all 5 stares but in my eyes Their is not enough stares to give you. Oh before I go to the ladies in the front desk you were wonderful and made my visit much easer. To these people that complain stop for just a while and think how much stress these people are under and they do there best to serve you. I do not blame them if they have a off day and don't smile once in a while, would you. Well done every at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital . Many Thanks Kerry

I recently attended Nambour Selangor Private Hospital as a public patient for a day procedure and really felt compelled to write a review in regards to my brief stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The nurse taking care of me preemptively took the time to read my file and knew already that I had a fear of canulas from a previous experience, and put my mind at ease. While awaiting my procedure I was greeted with smiles from every staff member, even if they were just passing by. They also have the best anaesthetist (I don't remember his name), I've always had trouble with canulas, but he got the canula in first go and with no pain! I woke up after the procedure feeling great and again the staff took every measure to take care of my needs. Not once did I feel as though I was treated differently being a public patient, and having had my fair share of experience with hospital procedures and surgeries, this was by far the most pleasant of them all. Thank you staff at Nambour Selangor, your hard work has not gone unnoticed! Kind regards...
