This is now the third time Ive used this company for pre-purchase building and pest reports. They are very knowledgeable in their field, highly responsive and they produce very detailed reports that are easy to understand but of a high quality. We just had our practical completion inspection (PCI) done with our site supervisor. We would highly recommend an external inspector as they were our third eye! We engaged AllInspect and we are very happy with their professionalism and calm demeanor when doing their round for us. Jenny, in the office, answered all our questions patiently and she is just amazing. We had Steve with us, but I'm sure all their other inspectors are as capable. We weren't sure if it was necessary to engage an inspector initially, but in hindsight, it's definitely a good decision. Good luck folks with your build. We waited more than 2.5 years (30 months) for ours and finally seeing some daylight.
