Optomotrist referred 5year old with sore eye, went to see Dr Kelly, he was lovely at appointment, nice and friendly to 5 yr old. Appointment cost $375 Had pathology tests done same day and have been chasing results for almost 2 weeks, 5yr old not getting better, calling reception to be told results in, dr has to review results and call, called Monday told he will call this week, called Friday told he will call Monday. Zero patient care, zero follow up but quick to take $$ though!!

I made an appointment in December and was told that the earliest appointment was March and to bring a referral to that appointment. I called today to confirm appointment and was told that no appointment had been scheduled and that I will need to get a referral and jump back in the long queue.
