Michael from JaMac was a true professional in all aspects of his service. I also commend him for his integrity when assessing our door. The issue resolved itself just before Michael arrived, and he was honest in his assessment of this. He was not pushy to try to sell or replace anything despite there being nothing to fix. Ultimately, we choose to have a garage door service from JaMac to pre-emptively prolong our garage door system. We will definitely be using JaMac for any future garage door requirements.
