        The receptionist lacks basic knowledge. Gave false information and wasted our time. Unwilling to help customers. However, the Cashier lady was great. Jumped into our conversation and tried to fix our problem. Due to the unavailability of their manager, they were unable to solve our problem. As a result, we had to go to another branch.

        Workers can't do basic mathematics such as 800+124+76=1000 And 120+39.95=159.95 Was not isolated to one worker but 3 workers And unable to fix a card that has funds from declining so much incompetence over the years I'm out . A bank that has no loyalty and don't deserve mine after 22years.

        Amazing service and people Just stepped out from there with $20 Bunnings voucher which equals0.006% of my new kitchen price, however meant a lot to me. Thank you so much mate for making my day.

        I cant remember her name but shes been there for years but shes always been super friendly to me aswell as the others who have worked there :) I think shes sri lankan Im not 100% sure.
