I bought a voucher for accupuncture and massage for my father for father's Day after describing what was happening with his knee...this is what the woman with very poor customer service skills suggested. I specifically asked how much so I could get correct amount in vouchers so he (a pensioner) would not have to pay. I was quoted $80(I thought that quite high..but paid it for sake of my father's pain) I wrote Infront of her on the voucher for "accupuncture and massage of knee". I have since learnt that this greedy establishment put one needle in (1 needle does not make it accupuncture??) And massaged my father's knee...but asked for 15 additional dollars from my father!!!! I'm outraged ..I was overcharged compared to advertised prices in window and then my father had to out lay more. It took a lot of convincing for him to try alternative therapies...it's not the small amount of 15 dollars that infuriates me...its the blatant overcharging and deceitful and greedy approach this establishment chose over trying to heal. Shame on you

I found the therapists excellent in their abilities to do their job, calming surroundings, fees are quite reasonable and especially if you have "extras" cover.

I had a good massage yesterday but was so insulted by the lady at the counter. She accused me of not paying. I paid in cash when I arrived and didnt get a receipt. When I had finished my massage I had left the shop and the girl came out and took me back into the shop and said I hadnt paid. The lady then accused me three times that I hadnt paid. Such a disappointing end to a massage!
