        No-one likes phone issues or repairs but as iLove Computers are iPhone authorised agents they make it so easy for the Sunshine Coast to do this without having to drive to Chermside. Drop your phone off, and if it can't be repaired in store it's couriered to Apple HQ and returned so easy and stress free. The team at iLove Computers speak in terms anybody can understand giving great customer satisfaction.

        These guys are just awesome, great communication and a rare place where service is second to noneDropped my Apple Watch as it was not charging, and within a week I had a replacement unit!!! .highly recommend!!!

        After advance booking a time with Apple for an iPhone back glass replacement I went in to be advised that the part was not available and I would have to leave the phone with them for 3 days. On offering to pay in advance and bring the phone in when the part arrived I was bluntly told that was not possible and my only alternative to a faster repair was to dive 1 hour to an Apple Store. Very glad there are alternate repairers with better customer service skills & policies.
